01 Introduction

Welcome to manilo9. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and manilo9 ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the manilo9 website, mobile browser interface, games, promotions, and all related services.

manilo9 is an online casino and sports betting platform that operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR is the national government-owned and controlled corporation that regulates all gaming activity in the Philippines under Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended by Republic Act No. 9487.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the manilo9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have self-excluded from manilo9 or from gambling generally through any programme, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be a director, employee, officer, or agent of manilo9 or of any company within the same group, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on manilo9, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one manilo9 account at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name or different names — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate information: You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information is accurate and kept up to date. manilo9 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. manilo9 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of breach: You must notify manilo9 immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation by contacting support at [email protected].

manilo9 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met or that the information provided is false or misleading.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on manilo9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). manilo9 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya.
• Deposits are credited to your manilo9 account wallet instantly for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 hours depending on your bank's clearing schedule.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• manilo9 does not accept cash deposits or payments via unrecognised or unverified channels.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible ("return-to-source" policy).
• Verified accounts (KYC complete) receive priority processing. Standard GCash withdrawals are processed within minutes during normal operating hours.
• manilo9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity has been detected.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Funds that have been flagged for investigation due to potential fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms may be withheld pending review.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

manilo9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on the manilo9 platform:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One bonus per player: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, or per IP address for any given promotion.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotion detail page.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While playing with an active bonus, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per spin. Placing bets that exceed this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds or bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse prevention: manilo9 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a bonus offer has been abused or that a player has engaged in coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.

manilo9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by qualifying players.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the manilo9 platform are operated by certified third-party game providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Fa Chai, and Spadegaming, among others. Each game is governed by its own set of rules provided by the game supplier.

• Random Number Generators (RNG): All electronic games on manilo9 use certified RNG technology to determine game outcomes. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results or player actions outside the game rules.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, manilo9's records shall be the definitive source for resolving any disputes. If a malfunction voids a game round, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Cancelled bets: manilo9 reserves the right to cancel bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player.
• Sports betting: Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by the specific terms published in the sportsbook section of the manilo9 platform. Results are settled based on official competition results from recognised governing bodies.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits: Each game and each market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market listing.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the manilo9 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or employing any technique to claim bonuses outside the intended terms of a promotion.
• Money laundering: Using the manilo9 platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering or the facilitation of money laundering under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Hacking or cheating software: Using bots, automated betting systems, exploits, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Underage gambling: Registering, playing, or attempting to access real-money games as a person under 21 years of age, or assisting any person under 21 to do so.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist, or discriminatory behaviour toward manilo9 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with manilo9.

08 KYC & Verification

As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, manilo9 is required to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any time during your account lifecycle.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's Licence, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document showing your full name and current address, issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the GCash, PayMaya, or bank account used to make deposits.
• Source of Funds: For large withdrawals or high-volume accounts, manilo9 may request documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds deposited.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days — may result in the suspension of withdrawal services or the closure of your account. KYC information is handled in accordance with the manilo9 Privacy Policy.

09 Privacy & Data

manilo9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on manilo9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

manilo9 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, relevant law enforcement agencies, or our licensed payment processors where required by law or by regulatory obligation.

10 Responsible Gaming

manilo9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should always be entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools and policies are in place on the manilo9 platform:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases take 7 days to take effect.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.

• Cool-off period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the manilo9 platform — including but not limited to the manilo9 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of manilo9 or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the manilo9 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any manilo9 content without prior written consent from manilo9.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, manilo9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
• Losses resulting from game outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG systems and are inherently unpredictable.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions of third-party game providers whose systems or software are integrated into the manilo9 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits manilo9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13 Account Termination

Either you or manilo9 may close a player account at any time. If you wish to close your account, please contact support at [email protected]. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and these Terms.

manilo9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.
• Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age.

14 Changes to Terms

manilo9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, manilo9 will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the manilo9 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through manilo9's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who have a complaint or dispute with manilo9 are encouraged to first contact our support team at [email protected]. If the matter cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
